Observer

Observer is a nestable block element. You can put any elements at it, like you would do at a Bricks block or container.
It will observer user’s cursor position at the page, including cursor’s movements and scrolling.

Observer: the element that will trigger the observe effect when it is hovered. It is the body by default.
Constrain: the constrain to apply when observing. The demo uses 250.
Perspective: the constrain to apply when observing. The demo uses 100.
